This was a project I made for the ACTLab course “Death”. It’s abstract, non-representational film created from painted film leader that has been digitized using a Steenbeck machine. The soundtrack is an audio piece I made from a variety of sources, including clips of Henry Rollins’ “Get In The Van”, Saul Williams, Godspeed You Black Emperor!, Fear and Loathing In Las Vegas (audiobook), Raein, The Mountain Goats, David Cross, and Mario Savio.
